The GOURMET CHEDDAR flavors ingredients are: Whole Grain, Non-GMO Corn; Non-GMO, Non-Hydrogenated Soybean Oil; Sea Salt, Cheddar Cheese ((Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes) Disodium Phosphate), Whey, Buttermilk Powder, Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Flavor, Onion Powder, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Extractive of Paprika, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide and Soybean Oil as Processing Aids. Our GOURMET CHEDDAR flavor is best described as a smooth CHEDDAR flavor that wont turn your fingers orange. People tell us "It looks ugly but tastes GREAT!" and "Its a cross between popcorn and Corn Nuts but easier on my teeth!". Some kernels are kind of "fluffy" like popcorn while the other kernels are more closed like Corn Nuts but generally has a lighter crunch. It is Gluten Free and does not contain tree nuts.
